This antique Sempana Banyumas keris dates from the Pajajaran abad XIII-era (13th century).
 
The ancient wilah is forged with an intricate version of pamor Pendarigan Kebak, which covers the complete wilah. Pendaringan Kebak means a full rice chest. In the past, Javanese kept rice in a large wooden chest. A full rice chest symbolizes material prosperity. The magical powers of this pamor are similar to those of pamor Wos Wutah with the difference that the powers of Pendaringan Kebak are many times stronger. This keris brings peace and family, it allows the owner to grow faster in his career or brings business success to entrepreneurs. It not only brings abundant prosperity but it also enhances the social character and generosity of the owner.
 
Furthermore, the wilah is forged to Sempana dapur with 9 luk (waves). Sempana comes from the word Supeno, which means dream, or aspiration, or vision, which means a person who has a good vision or point of view, or someone who gets guidance on the path of goodness. The real philosophy that can be taken from the Sempana keris dhapur is that in life, humans have many weaknesses. Every time we make mistakes and we still have a lot to learn. Therefore, it is very natural that we are required to continue to strive to do better, introspect ourselves and learn not to repeat the same mistakes and strive to achieve life perfection through self-improvement. I acquired this keris from an elderly collector from Vienna. His collection consists of rare, antique and spiritual powerful kerisses.

Deze antieke Sempana Banyumas keris dateert uit het Pajajaran abad XIII-tijdperk (13e eeuw).
 
De antieke wilah is gesmeed met een complexe versie van pamor Pendarigan Kebak, die de volledige wilah bedekt. Pendaringan Kebak betekent een volle rijstkist. Vroeger bewaarden Javanen rijst in een grote houten kist. Een volle rijstkist symboliseert materiële welvaart. De spirituele krachten van deze pamor zijn vergelijkbaar met die van pamor Beras Wutah met dit verschil dat de krachten van Pendaringan Kebak vele malen sterker zijn. Deze keris brengt vrede in de familie, het laat de eigenaar sneller groeien in zijn carrière of brengt zakelijk succes voor ondernemers. Het brengt niet alleen overvloedige welvaart, maar versterkt ook het sociale karakter en de vrijgevigheid van de eigenaar.
 
Verder is de wilah gesmeed tot Sempana dapur met 9 luk (golven). Sempana komt van het woord Supeno, wat droom, of aspiratie, of visie betekent, wat een persoon betekent die een goede visie of standpunt heeft, of iemand die begeleiding krijgt op het pad van goedheid. De echte filosofie die uit de Sempana keris dapur kan worden gehaald, is dat mensen in het leven veel zwakheden hebben. Elke keer maken we fouten en we hebben nog veel te leren. Daarom is het heel natuurlijk dat we ernaar moeten blijven streven om het beter te doen, onszelf introspecteren en leren om dezelfde fouten niet te herhalen en streven naar perfectie in het leven door zelfverbetering. Op de bovenzijde prijkt een antiek Nunggak semi greep. De keris is huist in een zeldzame Pelokan Banyumas warangka. Een antieke bunton pendok van mamas (zilverlegering) met complexe en diep geciseleerde motieven bedekt de gandar.
 
Ik heb deze keris gekocht van een oudere verzamelaar uit Wenen. Zijn collectie bestaat uit zeldzame, antieke en spiritueel krachtige kerissen.
